Acid & Alkaline
Foods |
It is imperative to
maintain the Alkaline Balance of one's body with a pH of 7.365
and therefore, in addition to drinking Alkalized/Ionized water
one must consume a balanced diet. This balanced diet that one
needs to maintain perfect health is a diet including 70%
Alkalizing foods and 30% Acidic foods on a meal by meal basis.
Eating as many raw uncooked foods as possible is best to enjoy
the most potent life force, energy giving, nutrient filled
benefits. Enjoying fresh organic foods is best for avoiding
heavy chemicals and pesticides found in conventional food
products, which suffer irradiation methods that use radioactive
substances and others high energy electrons or X-rays. Please

Codex Alimentarius set to go into effect Dec 31, 2009, which
will create a Nutricide- criminalizing health, vitamins and
herbs.
Top 10 Organic Foods
These foods contain the most pesticides. If you'd like to eat
an organic or raw food diet, you definitely want to consider
these in organic form only:
• Meat and poultry • Dairy products • Strawberries • Bell peppers • Spinach • Cherries • Peaches • Celery • Apples • Green Beans | *PERFECT HEALTH manifested is a
product of a body that is alkalized, oxygenated, detoxified,
hydrated and energized.
*Alkaline boosting to the internal ph of the body. After 3
months of drinking this miraculous water your body will
achieve a ph of 7.365, meaning perfect health.
*Oxygenating and therefore energizing to the body and mind
threw the removal of heavy metals, toxic acids and radiation
build up within one's body. Ionized water is Oxygenated water
which is micro-clustered and hexagonal which means it is
crystalline in structure.
*Detoxifying to the blood, lymph, organs and fat cells of the
body. A detoxified body is a perfect body to receive abundant
hydration.
*Super Hydration of the body internally and externally. A
hydrated body is a perfect body for easy detoxification and
weight loss.
*Anti-Aging as Alkalized/Ionized water floods the body with
energy of negative electron charged oxygenated micro-clustered
water cells, small enough to travel in and threw the entire
body to perform on all cellular levels with a vibrant side
effect of perfect health. | | | | Acid & Alkaline

UNKNOWN: There are several versions of the Acidic and Alkaline Food
chart to be found in different books and on the Internet. The
following foods are sometimes attributed to the Acidic side of
the chart and sometimes to the Alkaline side. Remember, you
don't need to adhere strictly to the Alkaline side of the
chart, just make sure a good percentage of the foods you eat
come from that side. | Asparagus Brazil Nuts Brussel Sprouts Buckwheat Chicken Chocolate Corn Cottage Cheese Eggs Flax Seeds Green Tea Herbal Tea Honey Kombucha Lima Beans Maple Syrup Milk Nuts Organic Milk (unpasteurized) Potatoes, white Pumpkin Seeds Sauerkraut Soy Products Sprouted Seeds Squashes Sunflower Seeds Yogurt | | Chlorine's Dangerous Effects | | | The chemical element chlorine is a
corrosive, poisonous, greenish-yellow gas that has a
suffocating odor and is 2 1/2 times heavier than air. Chlorine
belongs to the group of elements called halogens. The halogens
combine with metals to form compounds called halides. Chlorine
is manufactured commercially by running an electric current
through salt water. This process produces free chlorine,
hydrogen, and sodium hydroxide. Chlorine is changed to its
liquid form by compressing the gas, the resulting liquid is
then shipped. Liquid chlorine is mixed into drinking water and
swimming pools to destroy bacteria. The chlorine used to reduce the risk of infectious disease may
account for a substantial portion of the cancer risk
associated with drinking water. These concerns about cancer
risks associated with chemical contamination from chlorination
byproducts have resulted in numerous epidemiological studies.
These studies generally support the notion that byproducts of
chlorination are associated with increased cancer risks.
Chlorine is used to combat microbial contamination, but it can
react with organic matter in the water and form dangerous,
carcinogenic Trihalomethanes. According to Dr. Joseph M.
Price, MD, in Moseby's Medical Dictionary, "Chlorine is the
greatest crippler and killer of modern times. It is an
insidious poison". | | | |
